• Group 1: GenAI in Learning Policy — Drafting clauses on acceptable student AI usage, adaptive tool integration, CBE self-paced mastery, cognitive skill preservation, student conduct, and digital citizenship.
• Group 2: GenAI in Teaching Policy — Drafting clauses on acceptable faculty AI usage, AI disclosure, pedagogical redesign, authentic performance-based assessment standards, rubric alignment, and human-in-the-loop instruction.
• Group 3: GenAI in Research Policy — Drafting clauses on acceptable researcher AI usage, research governance, authorship attribution, data handling, research data integrity, and national regulatory compliance.
• Group 4: GenAI in Administration Policy — Drafting clauses on acceptable administrative AI usage, administrative process automation, student data privacy, cloud vendor procurement, and institutional data security.
